本っっっっ当に今さらですが、HDD整理中に北陸新幹線「かがやき」の車窓動画を発掘したので、動画サイトに投稿しました。
ファイルのプロパティを確認したところ、撮影日は2015年3月20日。北陸新幹線が金沢まで延伸開業してから、わずか6日後に撮影された映像のようです。

当時は真新しいE7系車両、開業直後の新駅など、今では見られない貴重な風景を記録していたにもかかわらず、編集は一切せずにHDDの奥底で眠らせていました……。

というのも、当時使用していたPCの性能が低く、動画編集ソフトの環境も整っていなかったため、車窓動画の編集自体を早々に諦めてしまった記憶があります。
気付けばそのまま9年が経過していました。

しかし2024年現在、ハイスペックPCと高性能な無料動画編集ソフトのおかげで、編集やエンコードもスムーズに行える時代に。
ようやく当時の北陸新幹線車窓映像を形にすることが出来ました。

開業以来、さまざまな試練を乗り越えてきた北陸新幹線。
画質はやや粗い部分もありますが、開業直後のE7系「かがやき」から見た沿線風景・車窓の記録として、

Although it may be a bit late to say this, while organizing my HDD I recently came across a cab-view video filmed from the Hokuriku Shinkansen Kagayaki, and decided to upload it to a video platform.

According to the file properties, the footage was recorded on March 20, 2015—just six days after the Hokuriku Shinkansen was extended to Kanazawa and officially opened.
At the time, I captured scenes of the brand-new E7 series trainsets and newly opened stations—views that can no longer be seen today. Despite their value, the footage remained completely unedited and sat quietly on my hard drive for years.

Back then, my computer did not have sufficient performance, and I also lacked proper video editing software. As a result, I gave up on editing the cab-view video almost immediately. Before I knew it, nine years had passed.

Now, as of 2024, with a high-performance PC and remarkably capable free video editing software available, editing and encoding have become smooth and accessible. Thanks to this, I was finally able to bring this Hokuriku Shinkansen cab-view footage to life.

Since its opening, the Hokuriku Shinkansen has overcome many challenges.
While the image quality may be slightly rough in places, this video serves as a valuable record of the scenery seen from the E7 series Kagayaki shortly after the line’s opening.
